As part of the project, a guide will be created, which will indicate, among others, the legitimacy of creating green jobs, the goals and benefits that can be obtained by both the organization creating such a job and the person interested in working in this area.

- Obtaining information on the current requirements of the green labor market
- Obtaining information on what green positions can function in the organization, including obtaining information on what requirements should be met by a candidate employed in the position of: advisor for green digital transformation and advisor for spacetech
- Obtaining information on how to better manage competences and talents in the organization, including how to design a career path for the position of: advisor for green digital transformation and spacetech advisor
- Obtaining ready-made standards and tools adapted to the needs of each organization job descriptions: green digital transformation advisor and spacetech advisor
GOALS FOR THE UNIT
- Increasing your environmental awareness by gaining knowledge about green technologies and the green labor market
